What is Teppan-yaki?
Teppan-yaki cooking, also known as the “Chef’s Table” is where the chef actually cooks right in front of you at your table while performing tricks and providing entertainment. The word teppan-yaki is derived from ‘teppan’, which is the metal plate on which it is cooked and ‘yaki’, which means grilled, broiled, or pan-fried.
We’ve been helping create special memories since 1972.
Over the years, we’ve been honoured to share many special celebrations with our customers; birthdays, anniversaries, promotions and end-of-school celebrations. Some have met here on their first date and they now bring their own family to enjoy our “dinner and a show”.

With our birthday celebration, your someone special is serenaded by our chefs (including the always appropriate Japanese ‘happy song’), and dressed in a Japanese samurai or geisha wig and vest. We create exceptional (and a bit embarrassing) Instagram-perfect picture moments.
Included with your package is a complimentary dessert with a candle on top. You’re also welcome to bring your own cake or you can make arrangements for us to provide one (for an additional fee).
